Ciaran Spollen

So sorry to hear that this lovely man passed away. I only met him last year when he kindly visited my father, Tony White, in his last months, although they went back years. He was such a gentleman to my family and I at that time. Thoughts are with his whole family, may he rest in peace.

RIP Ciaran and sincere condolences to all the family. A profound individual with such a breadth of experience and tremendous engineering knowledge, he was a true oracle of information throughout the years and will be sadly missed, along with the peace keeping stories and army insights during his service abroad, a great character, friend and colleague - Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

I was shocked to hear of the untimely death of Ciarán. I served with him in the Western Command in the early eighties. He was a kind and most helpful person. May he Rest in Peace.
