Can't stop thinking of you Claire and all the memories I will carry forever. When I was 16 and you were 14 there's a memory that stands out of when I was coming from Dublin to Clonmel for a weekend and you were waiting near the shop in Elm Park for me and when I came into sight you ran so excitedly towards me with your arms open wide as were mine when I saw you and we hugged for ages so tight as we hadn't seen each other in a month.

We did this every time we met right throughout the years right up until our last meeting three weeks ago. We spoke all the time on the phone, you gave me many writings you had wrote two being books you had wrote about your life one eight years ago and the other a couple of months ago.

I have read through them again and in time I will keep my promise to you about them I'm praying for Leon who was like a nephew to me and a cousin to my children.

You and your brother Conor were my dearest and closest friends throughout my life right up until you both went to Heaven.

Claire gave me a music CD years ago which I still have today. One song on the CD is Return to Innocence by Enigma. It’s remains one of my favourite meditation songs to this day. Rest in peace Claire and thank you for sharing your love X

Claire asked me recently if i loved her . I didnt know what to say i wasnt in a position to respond . But the truth is yes my darlin i always loved you. Its now a regret ill have to live with not telling you . Whats worse is i only found out she passed on monday i tried to message her but her profile's were missing strange I thought. So i did a quick Google search to see if i could find her to my shock and instant despair i saw the rip.ie website. Im absolutely broken hearted and havnt stopped crying its like 2 am i haven't slept since. you see i cant help but feel if only i called a day earlier i could have saved her from her tragic decision im angry and upset. I saw her today in the funeral home looking beautiful but ill never see her eyes again i keep thinking about them so unique so beautiful ill never hold her hand agsin ill never see her again this is desperate punishment regrets are eating me up. I doubt ill recover anytime soon . I dont attend funerals normally but Claire was special to me. I wish i told her i loved her too my crying hasn't stopped the earth has lost a beautiful peaceful soul she didn't have one bad bone in her body . It could just as easily been me or any of us to leave as she did. Im so sorry for your loss . Leon had a brave face on him today i could barely breath myself. Goodbye Claire xxx
