To Don and family, I’m very sorry to hear of Claire’s passing. I have very fond memories of German grinds with her at our home, although it didn’t feel like grinds at all, a testament for sure to her wonderful teaching abilities!! And the time she spent with me was no doubt part of my reasons for going on to study German in college, live in Germany and major in medieval German!! Also her thoughtfulness with the little teddies for each of my children to play with. May she rest in peace. Love Orla, Dan, Eve, Louis and Henry

Don, I am very sorry to hear of Claire's passing. I fondly remember visits to the house when we were younger, and my children now get great joy out of the adorable vegetable teddies that Claire gave to my mother Mary whenever they visit Dalkey. Sending lots of love from Eamon, Ruth, Cian, Olivia and Ellie-Mae.

We were both deeply saddened on hearing of dear Claire's passing. She was a very talented lady and we had such fun working with her in many of the productions in DDS. She will be sorely missed. We are thinking of you and praying for you through this very sad and difficult time.
