I have very fond memories of Clare when we were both at school and then embarked on college at Cathal Brugha Street with CERT training to be a Chef and not knowing what the future would hold.

She excelled at being a chef and loved learning every facet within the culinary world.

Very saddened to hear of her passing, hopefully she is now with Noel who she met at College and died way to young. RIP to both of them.
