I was so sorry to hear of Clare's passing, sincere condolences to Catherine and the Clark family. Mrs Clark was a bright star in my youthful memories and was a very kind person. Getting to know Clare as an adult through bridge, which she had taught me to play many years ago, I found the same kindness, interest and life affirming spirit. A great legacy is a life well lived and leaving a world improved by your hand, which Clare did in so many ways.
