Orla,
Cathy O Connor McCabe visited us over the weekend here in Virginia at the Fields of Athenrye.
I asked about your posting and others whom we met while serving the Irish Embassy in DC.
She mentioned that Claude had recently died.
We remember fondly your visit to our home and the wonderful Irish soda bread that you brought with you……..and the fact that Claude was the baker.
We send our prayers and warm thoughts to you in this time of loss. May your husband Rest in Peace.
