Rest in peace Colette. Thank you for all the lovely Irish dancing trips away and in turn the friendships I have made along the way through your dancing school. My thoughts are with your family during this difficult time.

That was a beautiful tribute to a very special person, I felt privileged to be there to witness the love and support of Colette's family and friends at her funeral mass. My favourite memory of Colette was her constantly practicing steps under the table in Room 4 in Scoil Áine - she had a huge passion for dancing even then. May she rest in peace now x

So much so that I went 4 times a week for a few years!!! I will miss her so much. Colette and you all have been in my thoughts. She got a great send off today. May she rest in peace

I watched the funeral on line. I was devastated to hear about Colette's death. Such a beautiful soul. Sadly the last time I met Colette was at Nancy Cooke's funeral with promises that we would some day meet up at a joyous occasion as we kept meeting at funerals. Colette brought joy to others in her life and I have only wonderful memories of her which I will treasure. May your own memories give you all strength. Sending love to you all xx

She always entertained us and had us in stitches laughing in dance class as well as teaching us some moves along the way! Shocked and saddend to hear the news of Colette's passing. We have lost touch over the years but we had such fun dancing together in Mollies wonderful garage. I was so lucky to have been part of an amazing team with her that had such great success in many championships.

I grew up on Avondale and have known Colette all my life trough a dear friend. She was a great mother and a well loved soul among our community and has done great work with the parish. Raheny has lost an angel here. RIP x
