Like cian told us, Colin was incredibly proud of you, his children. First via Declan and Mieke, but later directly to me, he was always talking about how you were doing at school and in life. I certainly got to know this proud father.

Like you, I am also sad about his passing.
My hope and belief is: He is in a better place now.
He may have his rest and his peace now!
"Time will heal all wounds", the expression goes.
I can say from experience, it does!
When time starts to pass, you will start to remember all the good and happy memories you have had with him.
His humor, his kindness and the love he had for you all.
Please think about this often.
