So sorry to hear of Colin’s passing. Deepest sympathy to all.
Dear Suzanne and Nicole,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Colin’s passing. Both Colin and your mum, Brid, were always such kind and thoughtful neighbours to us. There was always time for a quick chat over the garden fence.
One of my lasting memories of Colin was during Covid, when we got talking and he shared stories about his earlier days, before running the motor company, when he was involved with showbands, dancehalls and that whole vibrant scene and then he later went on to setup a record shop, all of which I found fascinating.
They were both wonderful neighbours and will be sadly missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with you both during this difficult time.
Best wishes, John.

Nicole, Keith, Zoë, Joshua and Olivia I’m so sorry for your loss. Like my own mom it was a kindness in the end. I will never think of Colin without remembering him making soup the morning of your wedding and how proud he was to give you away to Keith. His sense of humour was second to none. A little piece of him lives on in all of you. May he RIP x

Dearest Suzanne - I am so sad that your lovely Dad has passed away.
Wonderful memories of going to your house and your Mum and Dad always delighted to see us. Cups of tea and the chats sitting on the sofa were order of the day and let’s not forget the biscuits!!
Colin, in his brightly coloured jumpers, always smiling and interested in how we were - telling us a story or two!
Made us feel really special!
Take comfort in knowing he is reunited with Bríd now. We miss them both…
