Condolences and peace to a beautiful family for the loss of a bright, beaming light and a beautiful soul. Colum was such a great connection between generations and I am sad not to learn more and hear more stories about my close family, namely my father who died almost 30 years ago. Love to his beloved, Kay, and all his children, my first cousins, and his grandchildren, and his siblings Eileen, Mary, and Donal and their families. Our sincere condolences to Kay and Family and Eire Og GAA.Colums healing hands were always in demand from lots of hurlers and footballers from clubs around the county and his grounded perspective was integral to Clares great All Ireland success in the nineties.Above all his lifetimes voluntary contribution to Ennis Boxing CLub saw National titles and amazing confidence building measures instillled in many underprivileged kids within the county. Colum leaves a tremendous legacy and he will be forever fondly remembered by Gaeldom within the Banner and players from all codes far and wide. May his noble soul be at rest.
