We have many, many fond childhood memories of Con (and Phil and the Ryans). Having had no family in Nottingham ourselves, Phil and Con were always warm and welcoming when we called over to them, spent evenings in the Catholic Club together or on days out together and we always enjoyed seeing them - both with great smiles and humour. Con was a pure gent and I’m sure he’ll now be sharing a pint with my dad, up there! Rest in peace!
