I was so sorry to hear of Connie's death. My condolences to Una, John and the Draper family. I was part of the Barleycove Folk for six years and count them among the happiest years of my life. Connie was a fine musician, a thorough gentleman and we had great fun traipsing around the back roads of County Cork trying to find the Parish Hall, and getting lost again on the way back to Cork. May you rest in peace, Connie.

Comhbhrón ó chroí le Clann Draper. I knew Connie from his days with the Blarney Céilí Band and also as a great accompanist at concerts we did together. He was a decent man and great company on long trips
