While our paths haven't crossed in recent years I hold great memories of Liam while experiencing his deep commitment to the Security Institute of Ireland in the early days of its establishment,he could always be relied upon to bring a sense of perspective to proceedings Sincere condolences to Liams family and all bereaved ,May he rest in peace .
