Crea, it was a privilege for Rosie, Sarah and me to be part of your farewell Monday last. You have left a legacy in your own right but also in your three beautiful daughters and your wonderful grandchildren. They will ensure that your legacy lives into the future. They are all accredit to you and Pat. You can’ certainly be proud of the representation from Clondra who attended in Carlow and Mount Jerome. Crea rest in peace, your work is done. Slán. So sorry to hear of Crea’s death, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her but especially her family Pat, Casia, Druime and Beibhin together with their families, her siblings and a very wide circle of friends. Crea made a lasting impression wherever she went always speaking up for the rights of the underprivileged. Coming to Clondra in 1987 she worked in Carriglas Manor, Athlone Community Radio, Women’s Link among others . She was spirited, did much good and was great company. Slán agus go raibh maith agat.

My sympathies to Crea's family. We enjoyed so many chats together making lace. She was the one who put a lovely photobook together from our North/South project so her drums and photo live on in that though the memory of her warm personality and creativity are even more vibrant and special.
