I had the privelege of first meeting Cyril and working with him from 1970, when I first went to Shannon, til late 1975 when I left for Dublin. Being on the same shift with him was always enjoyable and uplifting.
Whilst I only met him occasionally thereafter, he was always the same Cyril, irrepressible at all times.

May he Rest in Peace.

I remember Cyril showing my class from Caherdavin Girls’ School around Shannon airport when he was working there. He was a lovely man, may he rest in peace, Yvonne.
