So sorry to learn of Daithi’s passing. I knew him many years ago when I worked in Galway and stayed in Clybaun Rd for a few months. I remember him as being a great character with a passion for acting and a hugely kind nature. Deepest sympathies to his family, may Daithi rest in peace

I was in Gormanston with Daithi and we only reconnected in recent years. I was was very shocked to hear of his passing. It was only after hearing the news that we realised that David knew both Dioraí and Rory from Ballyconneely.

Daithi and Dave was an amazing man. He was a wonderful person and great company. I was truly shocked to hear of his passing. He left a legacy that his family will fully appreciate, as will all those who ever had the good fortune to play golf or have a pint with him will fully understand. He was a wonderful person who will be missed with great fondness. May he rest in peace and I hope that he can be celebrated and appreciated for who he was.
