His kind nature and friendly manner shone through every time you met him . He was adored by the children he thought to swim and was a great friend to my own son spending many an hour helping him to overcome his fear of water . Dale we are truly heartbroken and will miss you greatly love Jillian and Odhrán ❤️

So very sorry to hear this sad news. I had the pleasure of knowing Dale in primary school. He was a big character with a big personality and he loved to have the laugh! Our paths crossed again as Dale taught my 2 daughters to swim and he was so patient and kind they adored him. Any time I met him he always gave me a big wave, smile and a well girl. Rest in peace Dale, you will be missed by so many. Thinking of you all at this sad time.
