Genuinely saddened to hear of Dan’s passing. Always had a smile on his face. Dan always had advice when renting videos in Castletown Videos years ago and always a smile when delivering your Chinese. Rest in peace Dan. You will be missed around the town

From the first time I met Dan as he heaved coal into the house in the coolest of manners to the time he and I ( and the blue hi ace van ) moved our family from one house to another in Straffan his smile , wit and clean cut appearance shone through . Setanta for dancing and the craic we all had together . A true gent with goodness abound . You were blessed to find true love with Serena and deservedly so .
