Dear Daniel,
This will be one of the hardest things I have ever had to write.
Daniel was my/our first born child and it does not seem that long ago he came into the world.

We developed a stop start relationship due to the distance and other circumstances, but over the last 10-15 years we saw a lot more of each and we both shared our football team Man Utd and our love of horseracing.

Daniel had a quirky / dry sense of humour which not everyone understood but i did.
He was also a private person who was very much loyal to his mum and brother which I fully understood.

I have seen many comments saying "Daniel was a very kind and polite young man" this is very true but this was a lot down to his mum Inga, who has done a great job of raising such a great young man in Daniel.

He will be sorely missed by myself and my family, I only wish we had more time together.
Daniel was far too young to be taken, but as they say time is a great healer.

My feelings go out to Inga,Jack and Sadhbh who will feel his absence greater than most.

His spirit will live on with all of us forever.

No words can ever describe this feeling completely heart broken and the biggest shock. When you first came over for the first time I thought to myself who is this American, I managed to convince myself that you was American. You was a very closed person but we still managed to find lots to talk about, from the short time that you had with us I knew you was a kind and considerate type of person.

When they said the dreaded words that no family want to hear hit me like a tone of bricks but I was proud that you thought and held on for that long, I know you are always with me even though you are not here in person but in spirit. The memories will always be remembered for many years to come, when The sadness hits me I always tell my self you are in a bigger and better place and you are always with me, Sleep tight until we see each other again some day.
