I (Susan) worked with Danny for some time as a bartender. After that, we were friends. As our life turned to raising our son, we saw less of Danny. But every time we ran into each other it was as though no time had passed. We loved his sense of humor and charm, and it was always a bright day when we had a chance to drink a pint with him and catch up on gossip.
We send our warmest regards and deepest sympathies for the family's loss. Indeed, we all lost something, for Danny was a rare gem of a person and a friend to many, many people.
