Had only a handful of brief conversations with Dan over the years, and was struck by just how genuine and decent a person he was. He was a good soul and a true credit to his family. My condolences to his family, may he rest in peace.

It's been a pleasure knowing you as a friend for all these years ever since the good old days in St Mochtas. So many great memories, stories and times of laughter that will stay with me forever. You were loved and liked by so many. My late mother would always ask about you and was delighted whenever you'd show up at the door. Such a pure soul and a born entertainer.
