My dear friend Geraldine and family.
I cannot express how sad I feel for you all. The love that Geraldine and Danny had for each other over the past 50 years cannot be surpassed. I never knew a more united family. Not only did Geraldine and Danny love their own family but took care of nieces and nephews also.
As mentioned during the funeral service, Danny was a musician, artist and loved carpentry. His art is magnificent and I hope when Geraldine looks at the beautiful paintings, it will be a reminder that Danny is always with her.
It is so sad that due to restrictions, only family can attend the funeral as Geraldine and family provided the music for, and comforted so many other families and the church today should have been filled with musicians and singing. In normal circumstances every seat in the church would be filled and people standing outside.
May Danny rest in peace.
