Sincere condolences to Dermot and his family on theunexpected deaťh of Daniel.. You must aĺl be in total shock and disbelief at Daniel's death. Words fail me.
Thinking of Dan's family and friends and all who loved him at this very sad time.

I grew up with Dan, we were in Wyvern and Newpark together and I have so many great memories with him throughout my childhood and teen years. We were also both in Australia at the same time towards the end of 2010 and we took a trip together to Byron Bay for a few days. I dont think we stopped laughing that whole trip! One of my favourite memories was when our (very old) tour bus broke down and everyone got out to push it but Dan and I were laughing too much to be of any help!
He was a great story teller and great company.

Thank you for the good times Dan.
Sending my love to his family.
Truly sorry to hear of Dan’s passing. I wish his family all the strength in the world. Rest in peace
My deepest and most heartfelt sympathies on Dan’s passing. I had the pleasure of being good friends and friendly academic rivals with him during our time in Newpark.

I also had the privilege of turning out alongside him for Cabinteely Football Club and getting absolutely hosed by both the heavens and our opponents pretty much week in, week out. Though when Dan was playing, the chances of that happening were always a little bit less.

Though it has been a few years since I last spoke with Dan, I knew him as an extremely talented footballer, both diligent and charmingly mischievous in his work, and a thoughtful and generous friend.
My deepest sympathies with you Dermot, Evin, Adam and Nathan. Dan will always be a treasured presence in our lives. We had the absolute privilege of getting to know Dan through our family ties and we feel deeply for you all. Our thoughts are with Dan and his wonderful mum Suzanne. We wish you much peace at this time.
Dan and I bonded initially over books and quotes - Shantaram and The Scent of Lemons being two of his absolute favourites. His love of the simple things in life was infectious (flat whites, spinach dip and The 'Coro Burger' to name a few). He was the glue of our group in Sydney and I will never forget the year that we spent together in our Vaucluse bubble. Dan was kind and funny and our lives were brighter for knowing him. I miss you Dan xxx
Sending sincere heartfelt condolences to Dermot, Evin, Adam and Nathan. Thinking of you all during this difficult time. Dan was a great storyteller and shared amusing anecdotes regularly. He had a great sense of humour and an infectious laugh. Dan will be sorely missed and I am happy to have wonderful memories with Dan that will live on. It was a pleasure to be his friend, he was a thoughtful and kind man and words cannot express the sorrow felt for you all. May Dan rest in peace xx
My condolences go out to Dan's family and friends. Dan is a close mate of mine from Sydney, we met at work and he would always light up the office with his stories and good humour. Being able to visit his home town with him in Ireland is also something I will cherish forever. He will be sorely missed but never forgotten.
Deepest condolences to Dan's loving family and friends and all who mourn him. We are so sorry for your loss.
My heartfelt condolences to Dermot and Daniels brother's for this devastating loss. Dan was a very close and special friend of mine. I have very happy memories of living together in Sydney and then travelling on our East coast adventure. In a bus we would be belting out songs, laughing hysterically and recounting funny stories. I first met Dan back in woodies where he impressed us all with his highlighted hair! He was there for me through tough times, checking that I was eating right, minding myself and spending time with my friends. He was kind, thoughtful, an hilarious storyteller and had the biggest heart. He made so many laugh with his dry witt and the world has lost a special important person. I miss you and i think of you every day. You impacted me and thank you for being in my life. Thank you for being you. Xxxx
My condolences to you Jacinta and all of your family on the loss of your nephew Daniel.
My condolences to Dan's family during this heartbreaking time and for the tragic loss of their beloved Daniel.
Dan was one of a kind, a gentleman so funny and caring and always full of great stories. I had the pleasure to be friends with Dan during our masters and spend over a year in Sydney where he enjoyed his fishing, we all enjoyed our nights out together, cafe venturing and trips to his piece of paradise at parsley bay. Devastated that he is gone the world is a sadder place without him, may he rest in peace.
