I am so deeply sorry to hear of Daphne's passing, we worked together in the Kildare Street and University Club for almost 10yrs, she taught me so much in that time, she will be so sadly missed.

Sincere sympathy to the Burrowes and Gardiner families on the loss of Daphne. I have fond memories of Daphne who was my first Sunday School teacher in St. James Church and a good neighbour in Cameron Square.

Mum often spoke about your Mum and I remember many fun play dates with you Vivienne in your house dressing up in the great costumes you had. Your Mum always had to tell how good we looked. I knew Daphne from our early childhoods, as we lived close to each other. In later life we again lived close to each other, and our friendship continued throughout our adult years, up to the present times. Rest in peace dear friend.
