How terrible

Dara was the first person in Ireland that I knew who loved the music of Paulo Conte,this of course came from his life in Marseilles and my connection started in Paris in and around the same time. We used to play the CDs in Manorhamilton while he was cooking his delicious dinners. This week we have been walking in Dara's shadow in Marseilles, feeling so often we are treading the same steets and bars he did so many years ago. Condolences to all, rest in peace lovely Dara

I am so sorry to hear this very sad news. Dara and I studied together in Leitrim at the Sculpture centre and I remember him with fondness. He was a warm and very talented man and cooked great dinners which we all appreciated. Condolences to all his family

I was sorry to hear of Dara's passing. I met Dara in Waterford where we went to art college. We didn't stay in touch but I remember a gentle, friendly young guy, we spent our first week or so in each others company trying to find our feet!
