It was a great privelege to meet this wonderful lady a few years ago. It was a blessing to form a special bond with Daran as she chartered this difficult part of her life. I will sorely miss her. So courageous. My deepest and heartfelt love and comfort to Darans husband, entire family and especially her wonderful girls. May they always know that their mother was a force of light that shone strongly to see them through their younger years and that her strength and love will be theirs to hold onto and permeate forever.

What a joy you were gentle Daran and how you will be missed. Brave woman who I feel privileged to have . I will miss your lively Irish lilt and your giggle. My heartfelt condolences to those left behind especially Roisin and Lily x x

Strength, determination, courage, intellect, faith, energy - What a privilege it has been to have known Daran and called her friend. I will forever treasure the time we spent together on earth and look forward to spending eternity with her one day. I pray for an extra measure of comfort and peace for John, Roisin and Lily as they come to terms with this huge loss and face the future without Daran. All my love Olenka xxx
