I had the privilege of working with Darren for more than two years. I couldn't have asked for a more fun, interesting and caring workmate. I will always cherish our endless chats about films (particularly having a good laugh at the many bizarre scenes in "Braveheart"), his talent at being a great listener, and the friendship we kept after we finished working together. He was much too young, and I can't begin to imagine how difficult these past few years have been for his family and loved ones. It may be hard to find the right words in a time like this, but I am sure the memories from the years and decades of his life will help bring comfort.

So sorry to hear that Darren has passed. He put up a brave fight the last couple of years. We got to know him through him visiting his Grandparents in Ennafort. He was a lovely boy and grew into a great young man. Our deepest sympathies to his wife and family on their loss.
