Dave had the ability to combine a very professional demeanour with a wonderful sense of humour. He brought joy to those of us who worked with him.
You knew you were in good hands when you saw Dave appear on the team for a high class service. He was a genuine and sincere man who left a lasting impression on a young hotel manager.

May the Lord welcome Dave to the ultimate Banquet Table and may God's Blessings be upon you all at this time of heart break and loss.
