Dave has been a constant in my life for 36 years and I will treasure the memories made in that time, the love and support he always showed us growing up . The laughs, tears , lifts and dinners made . Dear Seppy, Louise, Karl, James, and grandchildren. Sending you love at this heartbreaking time. Dave was a wonderful family man, generous and discreet, and he thought the world of you all. Seppy you were his rock he adored you. Louise, you were such a caring and selfless daughter, and you looked after your parents with great love, especially your dad during his illness. Dave was so proud to call you his daughter and absolutely adored your three children. He was also so fond of James and held him in great affection as part of the family.
Karl, he was immensely proud of you not only as his son, but as a devoted father to your three children.
May God guide you through these difficult days and keep your united family strong.

Dave was a Gentle Giant - we had loads of laughs and he loved making fun of Blackpool FC. Above all he loved his Family and was incredibly proud of them all. A huge loss to all that knew him. Sleep Well Backdoor Dave you will be missed .
