I am so saddened to learn of Dave's death he was a true gentleman and so helpful and pleasant at work always. My condolences to Deirdre, Rachel, Rebecca and family.

It's sad to say goodbye to a true gentleman. I will always have fantastic memories of Dave. Will never forget our football trivia quizzes anytime we met in the pub for drinks. My first memory of Dave was him walking up to me in Chanel College and asking me to play guitar in his new band. He was going to be the new Liam Gallagher he said. So we put a band together and realised after about 5 minutes of jamming that none of us could actually play or sing. So Dave being Dave decided to do stand up routine on the mic and had us all in tears of laughter. Great memories of a true gentleman who would always leave you with a smile on your face. We will never forget you Dave.

Rest in peace davy such a lovely lad. Will miss our pints and chats. Look after your wife and girls mate. Your sadly missed

Deepest sympathy to Dave's family will always remember Dave playing for St Malachys a team I managed for a couple of years in early nineties he'd have a great knowledge of the game as a young kid he would fill the other players with every bit of football trivia there was to know on the bus to the away games he love the game and Tottenham as a kid growing up Rip Dave

Always enjoyed chatting with Dave at the school gate and recently when we met him and the girls at The Bogies playground. Will never forget seeing him carry Rebecca home on his shoulders every day from school - it made me smile, she was so proud and happy. Sorry to hear about Dave's untimely passing.
