Dave NAGLE

We only learned recently of the untimely death of Dave Nagle. Our club members and committee extend their deepest sympathy to his family.
Dave worked for a number of years on our pitches and many were the enjoyable conversations we had on the old families that lived in years gone by in Cappauniac and Rossadrehid.

I just heard the sad news of Dave, while i didn't know Dave myself, my late father, also Dave( Drinan) had fierce time for him, he got to know him through Carrigaline GAA. It was with a great deal of sadness and disbelief that we, The Glen Theatre Dram Group, heard of the sad passing of our dear friend and colleague Dave. Our memories of Dave will last with us forever. We had so many wonderful times in his company, not only here in The Glen Theatre, but in the many other places, both at home and abroad, that we travelled together. He was the life and soul of every party and get-together we had.
We shall miss him terribly. To Anne, David, Paul, Marc, Liam and Darragh and to the extended family we offer our deepest condolences. May you Rest In Peace Dave.

It was with great sadness that we heard of Dave’s passing .What wonderful memories we have of laughter and craic with Dave both on and off the stage . He had an enormous talent and many people still talk about his amazing performance bringing to life “ Danger” in Many Young Men Of Twenty . He was such a great character and always brought so much energy and craic to a room but above all he was a gentleman who treated everyone with kindness . He will be missed by everyone lucky enough to have known him. RIP
