So shocked and sad to hear of David's untimely passing. I met David not too long ago when he was repairing the East Pier making it safer. We had a catch up and chatted for ages. It was great to see him so happy, oozing with joy and pride as he spoke about his wife and children.

Dave was a great help to me when I coached underage teams in the club. Always willing to give up his time to coach the kids and share his vast knowledge and love of GAA. Special memories of the Howth walking tour Dave led with the team in 2022, again giving up his time to pass on knowledge and love of his community. Dave left such a positive mark on all. Condolences to Dave’s family and friends.

Very sorry to hear of David’s passing. Shared the football pitch (soccer and Gaelic) with him many times during our Fintan’s years. An excellent footballer at both. May he RIP.
