It is with sadness that I read of David's passing.David was a friend from our years as salesmen recruited to launch the breakfast cereal Weetabix
in Ireland.That we were successful goes without saying.

I am so sorry to read of David’s death. His dad and mam, Alfie and Pat, were great friends of my parents, Frankie and Eileen O’Donoghue (Clontarf).
David and Maureen were often brought on visits to see us and I remember them both fondly.
Alfie was my dad’s first cousin, a young brother of my granny( neé Mollie Curtis, from Navan. ) He was my father’s best man.
My thoughts are with David’s family at this time.

YMCA Hockey Club is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dave Curtis, a beloved longtime member who represented the club with great spirit and humour from the 1980s through the 2010s. Many will fondly remember Dave holding court in O’Reilly’s on a Saturday evening, recounting the day’s matches with his trademark wit and charm. He’ll be greatly missed by all his old team mates from those Saturdays long ago.
