To all of Daves family. I am so sorry to hear that he is no longer with you. We have many fond memories of him in kildare cycling club. Always a happy lad. He bought my beloved Paganini off me a few months ago and i hope he got out on it just once. May the love and memories of Dave get you through this sad time.

Dave was one in a million guy, a lovable character and always smiling, which of course we had to smile along with him. We were blessed to know and have him as a dear friend. 💔

I am very sorry to hear this sad news. I came over with my sister's two years ago and met David for the first time. He is my first cousin (my mother was Peggy Whiteley), and he met us at our hotel and also for a drink in Dublin. It was a great pleasure to spend this short time together as he was a very agreeable and likeable person. I'm sure he will be greatly missed by all the people that knew him.
