I am still shocked and saddened at the sudden and tragic passing of Davy! I am so heartbroken for his incredible daughter Shauna, the love she had for Davy and the pride he had in her will never be forgotten. Davy was so proud to walk Shauna down the aisle in December and I don’t think he stopped smiling since her wedding day. Davy was an incredibly talented man with a grá for Ireland that was unmatched. It’s a small comfort that Davy’s art will live on with his memory. Thinking also of Brigid and the Holohan family at this sad time.

So sorry to hear of Davy's passing. I was friendly with Dave at the NCAD, and found him very passionate about his painting. I unfortunately lost touch and regret it. A great guy.
