Marian & Family. Shocked and saddened to learn of Davy's passing. I met him for the 1st time in 1987 when i went on transfer to Ardfinnan as a Sergeant. While I wasn't there long, I met Davy off and on over the years, the last time being in 2024 at Clare v Tipp in Thurles. I never knew he was ill. I will always remember Davy as being a quietly spoken gentleman who was a good friend and helpful to so many people over the years. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
