Dear Millie and family, I was so sorry to learn of David’s untimely passing.He told me of his upcoming surgery over a few pints when I was down in Spain in October and then he texted me at the end of November to tell me of the sad prognosis, and now he is gone.Everything has happened so quickly.We had many enjoyable times together over the last 40+ years.
