So David we have come to the end of our story. I wont forget our conversations together in your flat when I got to really know you as the man you are now and I found a complex, fiercely independent man who had difficulty accepting help but we worked it out. It was a very humbling experience for me and Im goning to miss coming to your flat in Cabta every week for 3 years and Im gonna miss you especially. We would like to thank the doctors nurses, care assistants and his care worker Rachel from Crosscare all who helped David so much. Also my thoughts are with Family and friends alike. May you go well David free from pain and may you also have peace at last. Love you David. RIP
