My Brother Jimmy spoke about David often over the years and it wasn't until 2023 i flew to Thailand and met him. David was a happy, funny guy with so much to say, he will be missed by so many. I'm so happy i had the pleasure to meet him. My heart goes out to you and your family at this sad time.

He was a dear friend who will be sorely missed. He helped nurture my return to art last year for which I will be eternally grateful. He really was a true character with a unique wit, who illuminated the lives of those who were fortunate enough to have known him.

So sorry to hear that David passed away. He had a way of lighting up the room and a wicked sense of humour. When I moved to the Netherlands he gave me a piece of art - his own work - and it is one of our treasured possessions. We were part of a fantastic team in Edelman and although it was hard work, we had great fun. He made good choices to change direction, travel and focus on art. A life well lived and one to treasure.

David was part of our family. Both my parents loved him. I can't believe this has happened, am profoundly shocked. We were lucky to bask in his sunny sense of fun, humour and mischief. His infectious smile, following some witty, true comment will be missed. As said, he was truly unique and the world already feels less interesting and fun without him. I know he will always be with his loved ones.
