I am so sorry to hear about your passing David, it has been a great shock to me. You were my mentor and taught me so much in the time that I spent working for both you and Patsy. That time in my life was a very happy one and I loved working for you both. You were an inspiration to me, a great, patient teacher and your sense of humour was second to none. You will be greatly missed.

Too early has my old friend been taken from us. David , we were like brothers when we were young and growing up....kicking footys, playing cricket, flying model planes and learning about life.We learnt to sail together at Mt Martha and you then taught your children. I missed you when you left Australia and now I will miss you evermore. My most sincere condolences to Patsy and the whole family and my thanks to wonderful Grania for being there. May you rest in peace mate. I'll never forget you.
