Jaqui, I was so, so sorry to hear of the passing of your husband David. Such heartbreaking news. You & your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May he rest in peace. Oonagh xx (AbbVie)
We have lost a very dear friend, an old school and wonderful team mate. We were fortunate enough to spend memorable times with Dave during his visit to Australia as an 'Executive' backpacker years ago ! Dave represented everything that's decent and good in people and we loved his great humour. Always interested in the well being of others. We are heartbroken but will be thinking of you all and hope you find support in each other. Rest well Dave.
So sorry Jacqui to hear of Dave's passing. We have been praying for him here at Holy Spirit in San Jose, CA.
Sincere sympathy to you, Kate and James. Margaret Bowe
To Jacqui, Kate and James, and to Jim and the Hyland family,

Words are hopelessly inadequate to express our sorrow at Dave’s passing. He was such a great friend and inspiration to so many of us – in school, in college, and in life. He was a friend who never, not once, failed to bring a smile and a laugh, except this one time. Over time, these smiles and laughs will return.

We are with you all in your hearts.

Mick and Ruth
Dear Jacqui. We only just heard today the devastating news that David has passed away. No words can tell how sad we feel for your loss. David was such a happy person and we loved his company so much. In our past there were a few times when David in his professional role give us courage and solace and showed how humanity should be. Genuinely he always raised our spirits. We will miss him dearly. Our deepest sympathies, Larry & Orla.
