Elaine, no words. I hadn't seen him in years but was in contact when last in Amsterdam.

I always remember him smiling, even with a snotty nose. He was my pal in school, looked out for me as did Sean and Stephen. All gone but never forgotten.

Whenever we interacted he was always very curtly and sweet. I just want to let you know that he will not only be missed by the ones close to him but also by people like me, somebody who used to serve him sometimes in the Kadinsky.
