My deepest sympathy. David was one of a kind, and we are so thankful to David for giving our daughter's the best start in preschool. He will be remembered so well by all the children RIP David.

My deepest sympathies to all David's family. I had the pleasure of working in The Glebe with him in my first teaching job after finishing college. All the children who adored him were so lucky to have him as their teacher.

We are deeply saddened to hear of David’s loss, we are thinking of his wife, children, and mam at this time.

We were very lucky to have had David teach our son Cillian in preschool in creative kids. David’s influence left a lasting impression on Cillian and on our family. Nothing was ever too much trouble for David, he was kind, great fun and went above and beyond for all the children in his care. He even organised a trip to my Mam’s childhood home as part of the kids learning.

David will always be remembered in our home. Rest in peace David – truly one of life’s good guys.

It was an absolute pleasure to get to know David over the last year and I'm deeply saddened by the news of his passing.

David was a great hoop who only wanted to give back to the club and community. David also volunteered on our lotto team, helping us with the graphics for every draw. He also helped with a project that we will make sure is finished and dedicated to him in his memory.

Bridie my heart breaks for you, it is so unfair that David has been taken at such a young age. I have the best memories of when we were younger, holidaying in Turkey, he was always so fun to be around, constantly smiling. I know you are immensely proud of him, as anyone would be. You raised a truly great person.
Lianne I’ll never forget the time I met yourself and David in the tiny red desert town of Karratha when you travelled Oz. I loved hearing all about your adventures and fondly remember that time. I know life will never be the same again but I hope that Alice, Oscar and Gerry will help you get through the tough days.

We are utterly devastated to hear that David has passed. He was the loveliest person, and we both looked up to him long before we became parents ourselves. He had a way of bringing out the child in everyone, and he was the most incredible dad.

So sorry to hear of the passing of David. He was my daughter’s montessori teacher and she loved him dearly. We was loved by all the parents and it was great having a male teacher - probably one of the first. He was supportive of the kids, kind, generous and fun. He will be missed- may he be with the lord and rest in peace.

Our heartfelt condolences to David’s family, David looked after both our daughters over a number of years at creative kids. The ease we felt when leaving our girls in David’s care will never be forgotten. He created wonderful memories with each of them and every child he crossed paths with. We will forever be grateful.

We were deeply saddened to hear of the untimely passing of David.
We had the pleasure of having David teach our little boy Daragh in Creative Kids in Walkinstown. He was truly wonderful with the children. His passion for teaching shone through and he had a wonderful way with the children. They adored him.
We are grateful that our son had the privilege of learning from such a great educator. When he left we gave him a little present which said ‘It takes a big heart to shape little minds’ and that quote will always remind me of him.
