I was very saddened to learn of David's passing . Sincere condolences to Margaret and all the Lee family . David was indeed one of natures true gentlemen. He was quiet and freindly ,always greeted you with a smile. He was completely devoted to his family and will leave a void that will never be filled . I have very fond memories of David from our school days in the De La Salle primary school especially when due to shortage of classrooms we were schooled in the old Clan na Gael clubrooms on the Castletown Road for several years in the 1960s . David was a quiet decent school pal and retained those qualities all through his life .
Whenever I met David over the years we reminisced about those now far off innocent days when life was a lot more simple and it didn't take much to please us . May David's gentle soul rest in eternal peace .
