David McENERY

We wish to extend our sincere sympathy to Bridget and the McEnery family on the death of David. He taught me in St Ita’s many years ago and my children in SMI in later years. We all agreed that he was a great teacher and one of the nicest person we ever met. May you Rest in Peace David.

He was a kind, caring and outstanding teacher who always truly encouraged us to learn. He engaged so well with every student, whether in class, in the corridors or outside the school he was both interested in us and had a word of encouragement. A great motivator.

A kind, sincere and very entertaining man, he was always such mighty fun and treated you like a proper person. He commanded and gave respect in a very honest way.
