I have known David for the past few years doing Zumba in Ballyfermot. What a polite and wonderful man he was. Always looked forward to our chats. He will be sadly missed and may he rest in eternal peace.

David has been my neighbor all my life and I always have fond memories of David growing up - How he would always say hello when he’d pass by or visiting our house at Christmas.

I was saddened to hear of David's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him for many year's in SJOG. He was a gentleman, always so well mannered and polite. He had a great sense of humour and was fearless. He loved his sports, particularly the weekly bowling. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Eddie, I'm so sorry to hear that David has passed away. He adored football and when I will think of him, I will remember him playing football as a young lad with other lads from the neighbourhood. RIP David.
