My deepest sympathy at this sad time. David was a true gentleman, and a great friend, who will be sorely missed. I will thinking of you all on Monday.

Dear Barbara and family,please accept my deepest sympathy on the sad passing of Dave. An absolute gentleman and a true professional . He was a great role model for me and his advice was always very welcome. He will be sadly missed.

Both shocked and saddened at the news of David's untimely passing with so much living left to do since his retirement. We had not crossed paths for some time but I will always remember him for his good humoured outlook on life. My heartfelt sympathy goes to Barbara and the girls at this very sad time whose pain I can only imagine. May he rest in peace.
