Very sorry to learn of David’s recent death. Please accept deepest commiserations to all the family. Our paths go back a very long way..from Mother Margaret in Beaufort to Fr. Gilmore in St Mary’s! I have fond memories of happy times holidaying in Ireland and of many events in MGC. David combined his great sporting ability with his innate personal charm, which raised all hearts. It was a great honour to have had his friendship over the years. He will be sadly missed and is very much in our thoughts and prayers.
Nicole, my deepest sympathies to you and your family. Thinking of you at this sad time. RIP
Jordy and all the family, heartfelt condolences. I’ve so many fond memories of time spent in Orwell Park and Glenbeigh. Mr O’Sullivan was always such a gentleman and always good to us teenagers who must at times have seemed to have taken over his house! I’m glad to have met him the times I did and so sorry to hear this news. RIP.

Jordy, Paul, Michael, Chantal, and Nicole
So sorry to hear the news of the passing of your dad, David. I have great memories of him from when we all used to invade Orwell Park for the afternoon games of snooker, loud music and generally take over the kitchen downstairs. Your Dad would come in and always with a smile ask about our Rugby and how we were getting on in the various games we played.

I also remember watching many a 5 nations game on the TV where your Dad would have a cigar and cheering on Ireland and we'd do our best persuade him to let us also have one if Ireland won. ( a rareity in the 80's)

Thinking of you all at this very difficult time, and no doubt there will be many stories of your time growning up together in Orwell Park and the scruffy looking mates that Jordy brought home, that I'm sure drove you all mad.

May he rest in eternal peace.
To Michael and family.
