I worked with David for the last 10 years and a kinder more considerate soul and gentleman would be very hard to find.

He moved quietly around doing his bit and would often be seen moving between locations with that soft saunter and his signature tatty briefcase.

He always had the quiet and appropriate words for every situation and the gentle touch on the elbow or shoulder when needed.

His compassion, drive and enthusiasm served everyone well.

I was honoured to know him and will remember with a smile.
