I regret I was not able to attend David's funeral in person as I did not hear this sad news in time, but I was able to be present on-line and it was comforting to be witness to your beautiful and so compassionate service to honour David's spirit and life, thank you. It was a total privilege to meet and know David, such a kind, intelligent, wise, caring and thoughtful man. His passing is an immense loss and he will be deeply missed. Uncle Vincent, Aunty Ethna, George, Michelle and Mark., I am so sorry for your loss. I really loved catching up with David, never a dull moment full of robust conversation. I will miss his sparkle as will anyone that knew him.

Vincent and Ethna, I am so sorrow to learn of the death of David. I remember David when he was a young man in your house. He was a special character, always full of life. I hope through your faith you find a way to live with the sadness of his ultimately passing.

I am so sorry to hear this news as I was in Rockwell with David and kept in touch when I was living in Dublin in our youth . He was so much fun and a kind and considerate man . I know he will be missed by all . RIP Reilly .
